        Hello, we’ve received a notice, our company DHL registered parcel (  Air mail post) , that is the channels  DGM-Packet Plus  and  DGM-Packet ,  all the countries do not accept any contraband and dangerous goods.

In addition to 16 European countries, other countries do not accept any build-in battery products for these two channels DGM-Packet Plus  and  DGM-Packet .

Since June 1,2017,   if DHL has been informed of suspected dangerous goods to be returned, it will only return the goods do not return shipping fee!

Countries that accept built-in battery goods  for these two channels  DGM-Packet Plus  and  DGM-Packet , ,  including the following countries:

 Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Slovenia,  the rest other countries do not accept any battery product, also Do not accept all contraband.

Please notice above and sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
